Making a B&B Reservation
We would like to talk with you to understand your special needs and answer any questions you may have about the Bay Cottage accommodations and things to do in the St. Michaels Maryland area.

Call Jackie or Bob Fletcher at 1-888-558-8008 or (410) 745-9369 or email us at innkeeper@baycottage.com to discuss your reservation for a Bay Cottage visit. Bay Cottage offers a quiet and romantic getaway for ladies and gentlemen and therefore we accommodate only persons 18 and older.

Bay Cottage buildings are all non-smoking areas. Facilities are not available onsite to accommodate pets, however, Bay Cottage will help you make arrangements for the lodging of your pets at local kennels.

Room rates are based on one or two guests per room. Holiday weekends are offered as 3 night reservations and a 2-night stay may be required for a Saturday night stay (either Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday).

Deposit and Payment
Your reservation is easily made by telephone using your credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) to cover the deposit equal to one night's stay. Under normal circumstances no charges are applied to your card and personal check or cash is requested for payment of your bill on the day of checkout.

Cancellation and Refund
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please do so by calling or emailing to us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date, you will be given a cancellation number and your deposit will be returned. Shorter notice of cancellation requires surrender of your deposit.

Check-in & Check-out Times
Normal Check-in time is between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. If early or late arrival is a must, please call to make arrangements and we will try to accommodate your schedule. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
